February 3, 2009 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. <br />Present were Chairman Wesley S. Davis, Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher, and Commissioners <br />Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were County Administrator <br />Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 2:24 p.m. <br />1 S.B.SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />15.B.1. WORK ORDER No. 11 TO CAMP DRESSER & MCKEE INC. (CDM) FOR <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH THE 2009 ANNUAL PERMIT COMPLIANCE <br />MONITORING AND REPORTING <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved <br />Work Order No. 11 with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. <br />(CDM), in the amount of $99,571 to provide engineering <br />services related to the 2009 Compliance Monitoring and <br />General Technical Assistance, and authorized the Chairman <br />1 <br />February 3, 2009 <br />S.W.D.D. <br />
