February 3, 2009 <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. <br />Present were Chairman Wesley S. Davis, Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher, and Commissioners <br />Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were County Administrator <br />Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo. <br />Chairman Davis called the meeting to order at 2:24 p.m. <br />15.A. EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />1 S.A.I.AUTHORIZATION FOR FINAL PAYMENT AND RELEASE OF RETAINAGE TO <br />BARTH CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF FIRE RESCUE <br />STATION #2 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved <br />the final payment and release of retainage to Barth <br />Construction, Inc., in the amount of $61,826.55, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of January 20, 2009. <br />February 3, 2009 <br />E.S.D. 1 <br />
