DISCUSSION CONTINUED AS TO ACCESS PROBLEMS, AND ATTORNEY <br />QUINN FELT, IF THERE ARE ANY ACCESS PROBLEMS, IT WOULD BE MORE APPRO- <br />PRIATE TO DISCUSS THEM AT A PUBLIC HEARING WHEN THOSE INVOLVED CAN BE <br />PRESENT. <br />IT WAS POINTED OUT THAT THE OTHER PROPERTY OWNERS WILL HAVE <br />TO BE PARTICIPANTS IN THE PUBLIC HEARING AND MAKE THE REQUEST AND <br />ADVERTISE. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS NOTED THAT THE STATUTE ONLY REQUIRES THAT A <br />NOTICE BE PUBLISHED THAT THE EVENT IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE, BUT THE BOARD <br />HAS TAKEN THE POSITION THAT ALL PARTIES MUST GIVE THEIR CONSENT FOR <br />THE VACATION. HE STATED THAT THE BOARD CAN PUT THE BURDEN ON ATTORNEY <br />QUINN TO OBTAIN THE CONSENT OF ALL PROPERTY OWNERS INVOLVED BEFORE <br />PLACING THE ADVERTISEMENT. <br />THE BOARD INSTRUCTED ATTORNEY QUINN TO PROCEED AS SUGGESTED <br />BY ATTORNEY COLLINS. <br />ZONING DIRECTOR WALKER INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE WROTE FLORIDA <br />POWER AND LIGHT IN REGARD TO THE RELEASE OF EASEMENTS REQUESTED BY <br />THOMAS F. AND DEANNE J. HARE AND HAS RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THEM STATING <br />THAT THEY DO NOT OBJECT TO THE EASEMENTS BEING VACATED. HE CONTINUED <br />THAT SOUTHERN BELL TELEPHONE CO. INDICATED VERBALLY THAT THEY DID NOT <br />OBJECT, BUT HE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM IN WRITING,. <br />COMPIISSIONER LYONS STATED THAT DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAVE <br />PROCEEDED IN THE PAST WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION, HE WOULD FEEL THAT <br />THE VERBAL APPROVAL SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ON THE EASEMENTS TO BE RELEASED.. CHAIRMAN <br />WODTKE NOTED THIS WAS DISCUSSED AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, AND HE FELT <br />IT HAD BEEN AGREED THAT THE BOARD DID NOT WISH TO RELEASE THE REAR LOT <br />EASEMENTS OF LOTS 5 -AND 6 AND THE EAST SIDE LOT EASEMENTS OF LOTS 6 <br />AND 17, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER, <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION N0. 79-52,. APPROVING <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENTS IN BLOCK "B", GRANADA GARDENS, UNIT #1, TO THOMAS <br />E. AND DEANNE J.
