F_ —7 <br />L <br />ANNEX III <br />THIS ANNEX is appended to and made a part of that <br />particular AGREEMENT between the CITY OF VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, <br />and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, dated the 11th day of <br />January, 1973, as amended and clarified by its Annexes I <br />" r <br />and II, dated November 6, 1973. <br />WHEREAS, on January 11, 1973, the City of Vero Beach <br />and Indian River County entered into a Tentative Agreement <br />regarding, among other things, water and wastewater service <br />to the City and areas outside the City, including some areas <br />adjacent to parts of the city limits on the mainland. Paragraph <br />5 on page 4 of the January 11, 1973 Agreement and Paragraph 1 <br />on Annex I, the nine (9) lines under the heading "On The Main- <br />land Portion Of The County" require clarification; and, <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to more clearly <br />specify what areas adjacent to the city limits on the mainland <br />the City shall serve°,with water and wastewater and what <br />facilities the County may offer to purchase and under what terms <br />and conditions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby amend the Agreement <br />and its Annex I in the following manner and in no others: <br />1. Paragraph 5 on page 4 of the January 11, 1973 <br />Agreement and the nine (9) lines on page 1 and 2 of Annex I, <br />dated November 6, 1973 under the heading "On The Mainland <br />Portion Of The County" are hereby deleted. ' <br />2. In lieu of said Paragraph 5 on page 4.and the said <br />nine (9) lines of Annex I, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br />A. SEWER SERVICE ON MAINLAND. <br />In addition to certain specified areas'as provided <br />by now existing tri -partite Agreements, the City of <br />• Vero Beach is providing sewer service.outside the <br />city limits on the mainland part of the"County at <br />only the following locations.
