i <br />JUN 61979 <br />ARMs <br />parts of the areas outside said two (2).aar•es <br />listed as Items 5 through 11 in Paragraph 2 A, <br />above, and the "specific lots" by offers --to <br />purchase City water facilities therein, subject <br />to good engineering practices and reasonable <br />adoption of areas provided no enclaves result; <br />provided also that the County shall not acquire <br />said City water customers who are also City sewer <br />customers unless the County also acquires said <br />customers concurrently a:s County sewer customers. <br />If the City should decide to sell any of said areas <br />to the County, the price shall be negotiated, but <br />the capital costs shall not exceed the then <br />;replacement cost of the facilities purchased as <br />determined by the City's counsuling engineers, less <br />3-1/3% depreciation per year from the date of <br />installation of the respective facilities. <br />D. SALE OF CITY SEWER FACILITIES. <br />The County may offer from time -to -time to <br />acquire the City's sewer customers listed in <br />Paragraph 2A, above, items 1 through 11. If the <br />City decides to sell any such areas to the County, <br />the price shall be negotiated as provided for <br />purchase of water facilities under the terms <br />of Paragraph C, above. The County cannot purchase <br />any sewer service in Items 1 through 11 without <br />also concurrently purchasing City water facilities <br />in any such area(s) for concurrent water service <br />by the County. <br />E.
