<br /> February 5, 2008 <br /> <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the <br />th <br />County Commission Chambers, 1801 27Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, February 5, <br />2008. Present were Chairman Sandra L. Bowden, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, and <br />Commissioners Joseph E. Flescher, Peter D. O’Bryan and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were <br />County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William Collins, II, and Deputy Clerk <br />Athena Adams. <br /> <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order at 12:27 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES MEETING OF OCTOBER 16, 2007 <br /> <br /> The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of October 16, 2007.
