He believed it was not what was done in the past and it was not necessary. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan clarified his concerns. <br />Chairman Wheeler voiced his concerns and had questions regarding additions to a <br />node including percentages to be filled, and whether an OCR has to establish specific land use. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br />SECONDED by Chairman Wheeler for discussion, to deny <br />the request. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan wanted to see this come back as part of a conceptual plan or <br />as a PD. Discussion ensued among the Commissioners regarding denial and whether the request <br />could come back as a PD, tabling the matter, and the timeframe for rezoning. <br />Chairman Wheeler WITHDREW his Second. MOTION <br />DIED. <br />Discussion continued among the Commissioners on whether to table this item and <br />the timeframe involved. <br />Mr. Barkett was not sure his client would want to change his application to a PD. <br />He withdrew the Application. <br />Mr. Bruce Barkett, Esquire, WITHDREW the <br />Application/Request from Triple S.
