SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, for the Board of <br />County Commissioners to continue as they have always <br />proceeded where the Chairman is able to make a <br />nomination and to second motions but not be able to pass <br />the gavel to make a motion. <br />There was no further discussion. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 3-2 <br />vote (Commissioners Davis and Wheeler opposed) the <br />Motion carried. <br />9. PUBLIC DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />B.1. REQUEST TO SPEAK FROM JAMES & PATRICIA <br />WAWRZYNIAK REGARDING CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />FINE <br />James Wawrzyniak, 1432 3rd Court, asked the Board to eliminate his Code <br />Enforcement fine on the basis of miscommunication between himself and the Code Enforcement <br />Officer, which he explained. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously waived the <br />Code Enforcement fine against James Wawrzyniak in the <br />amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). <br />February 6, 2007 35 <br />
