Under discussion, it was noted that the cost would have to be funded out of the <br />County's General Fund Contingencies. County Administrator Baird suggested he could go to the <br />newspaper to request the Board's agenda be printed without charge to the County. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried by a 3-2 vote (Commissioner Bowden and <br />Chairman Neuberger opposed). <br />After more discussion, there was CONSENSUS for County Administrator Baird to <br />meet with the Press Journal to negotiate a lower fee, a standard day of publication, and the <br />placement of the agenda in the newspaper. <br />9.C.1.
