DEMPSEY <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously approved <br />the counter offer to the agreement as presented (Alternative <br />No. 1) by which the Board of County Commissioners <br />approved the $50,000 purchase of real estate from Daniel <br />E. and Randi W. Dempsey and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute the Agreement, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of January 31, 2006. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />11.I.3.
