Commissioner O'Bryan disclosed that the EDC has a proposed change to the <br />Targeted Industries List, and he would provide Commissioner Solari with a copy for his review. <br />He said that they have not made a formal vote on it and that the Courts would have to come before <br />the Board for final action. He also mentioned that it would be a Comprehensive Plan change. <br />Commissioner Wheeler clarified the dollar amounts to be paid out under the <br />proposed program and affirmed that if the jobs were to be eliminated, the monies would cease. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION. The <br />Board unanimously approved the proposed changes to <br />the Local Jobs Grant Program, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of March 4, 2009. <br />14. E.
