ATTORNEY COLLINS NEXT BROUGHT UP THE POSSIBILITY OF APPOINTING <br />A MASTER FOR THESE HEARINGS AND ASKED IF THE BOARD WERE INTERESTED'IN <br />PURSUING THIS. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT FELT THIS SHOULD BE AN AVENUE LEFT OPEN <br />IF THE BOARD FEELS THEY HAVE TO HAVE ONE, BUT IT WAS NOTED THAT THIS <br />WOULD HAVE TO BE LOOKED INTO NOW TO DETERMINE AVAILABILITY.
