WORK ORDER #5, APPLIED TECHNOLOGYAND MANAGEMENT INC., <br />SECTOR 7 CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved <br />Work Order #5 to the contract with Applied Technology <br />and Management Inc. and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute said work order. The work is subject to 90% cost <br />sharing with the State of Florida under Grant Agreement <br />H51R1., as recommended in the memorandum of March 5, <br />2007. <br />WORK ORDER NO. 5 IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />7.L.
