Bob Johnson, Coral Wind Subdivision, voiced concern about ensuring that the <br />property owners receive their letters. Chairman Wheeler commented that the notices <br />would be sent via registered mail. <br />There was discussion about including provisions in the Resolution for property that <br />has already been sold. <br />Michael Zito, Assistant County Administrator, suggested that the Board leave the <br />Resolution general, and follow Chapter 73 of the Florida Statutes. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion <br />carried unanimously. The Board approved Resolution <br />2007-027, setting forth policies for acquisition of <br />Right -of -Way for Road Expansion and Improvement <br />Projects. <br />12. C EXECUTIVE AIDE — MUTUAL RELEASE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE <br />(DEFERRED FROM MEETING OF MARCH 6, 2007 <br />(Clerk's note: This item was heard prior to 12.A and is placed here for continuity.) <br />Attorney Collins stated that this matter was deferred from last week; at which he <br />had presented a Mutual Release and Covenant Not To Sue, which the Board had requested <br />on January 23, 2007.
