GENERAL SERVICES – LIBRARY MASTER PLAN <br />ACCEPTED AND APPROVED - HARVARD JOLLY <br />ARCHITECTS & RUTH O’DONNELL, LIBRARY <br />CONSULTANT <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Neuberger, to approve <br />staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />Bob Johnson <br />, Coral Wind Subdivision, requested that a South County library be <br />moved to the #1 position (from #2) if the Mueller Campus Indian River Community College is not <br />built. <br />County Administrator Baird responded that, due to the four hurricanes last year that <br />impacted the State, it might take awhile for the Legislature to fund the Mueller Campus library. <br />He gave assurance that should the State funding “go away” the South County library would move <br />to first place in the Plan. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously.
