<br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Wheeler reviewed his memo wherein he recommended the Board <br />authorize him to begin the process of promoting a Special Act of the Legislature for Indian River <br />County to require voter approval prior to expansion of the county’s Urban Services Area <br />boundary. He asked for the Commissioners’ support of this effort. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously agreed to <br />appoint Commissioner Wheeler as the point person to begin <br />the process of promoting a Special Act of the Legislature <br />that would require voter approval prior to expansion of the <br />Indian River County Urban Service Area Boundary. <br /> <br /> <br />13.E.3.
