EEDSS <br />XCESS QUIPMENT ECLARED URPLUS FOR ALE OR <br />D <br />ISPOSAL <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously declared <br />surplus and authorized the sale and/or proper disposal of the <br />items on the Excess Equipment List; authorized the <br />donation of surplus items to the Association for Retarded <br />Citizens (ARC) as noted on the Excess Equipment List; and <br />requested that the excess equipment be picked up and <br />delivered to the auction that will be held on April 24, 2004 <br />at the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office, as recommended <br />in the memorandum of March 8, 2004. <br /> <br />March 16, 2004 4 <br /> <br />
