<br /> <br /> <br />March 16, 2004 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> <br /> <br />The District Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the <br />th <br />County Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, March <br />16, 2004. Present were Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman; Arthur R. Neuberger, Vice <br />Chairman; Commissioners Fran B. Adams; Thomas S. Lowther, and Kenneth R. Macht. <br />Also present were Joseph A. Baird, Acting County Administrator; William G. Collins, II, <br />Deputy County Attorney; Kimberly Massung, Executive Aide to the Board; and Patricia <br />Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:25 a.m. <br /> <br />14.A.1.a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – DECEMBER 16, 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Meeting of December 16, 2003. There were none. <br /> <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Meeting of December 16, 2003, as written <br />and distributed. <br /> <br />14.A.1.b. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – JANUARY 13, 2004 <br /> <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Meeting of January 13, 2004.
