as a 5 -acre lease, and the Lease Agreement states it is a 2 -acre lease, it is in fact, by survey, 2.53 <br />acres. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Solari, to approve <br />staff's recommendation, as amended, to reflect a <br />2.53 -acre property for lease. <br />There were no further discussions. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />motion carried unanimously. The Board: (1) <br />approved Resolution 2009-017, as amended to reflect <br />a 2.53 acres of property for lease, approving a forty - <br />year Lease with the Senior Resource Association, <br />Inc., a Florida non-profit Corporation; and (2) <br />authorized the Chairman to execute a Notice of <br />Termination of the prior lease as well as a <br />Memorandum of Lease for recording in the public <br />records of Indian River County, as recommended in <br />the memorandum of March 10, 2009. <br />(Clerk's Note: The Senior Resource Association was formerly known as the <br />Council on Aging, Inc.) <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />March 17, 2009 10 <br />
