He informed the Board that he wanted the County to rescind the Order that found him <br />guilty, and he wanted a hearing for his expenses. <br />Deputy County Attorney Bill DeBraal said he and other County staff do not agree <br />with Mr. Milligan's rendition of the facts. He addressed the provisions of the Order concerning <br />costs and pointed out that this was not the right Board for Mr. Milligan to appeal. Mr. Milligan <br />needed to return to the Code Board that rendered that decision, and file his Motion regarding <br />costs. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, commenting on the Rescinding Order Imposing Fine, <br />asked if Code had issued a Rescindment of the Order Finding a Violation. It was Mr. DeBraal's <br />belief that it has been done, but Mr. Milligan refuted that. <br />Attorney Collins and Board members discussed the forum responsible for <br />rescinding the Order finding Mr. Milligan guilty of the code violation. <br />Chairman Davis informed Mr. Milligan of his recourse. Mr. Milligan is to return <br />to the Code Board for a resolution. <br />1O.B.2.
