15.A.2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF FEBRUARY 3, 2009 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions, deletions or corrections to the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 3, 2009. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 3, 2009, as written. <br />15.A.3. AMEND RESOLUTION #2004-071, FEES FOR FIRE PREVENTION PLAN REVIEW <br />AND INSPECTIONS <br />Commissioner O'Bryan asked if the Sebastian Art Club now fall under the quarterly <br />category and is therefore paying the $30.00 Inspection fee every three months, instead of every <br />month. He was assured they were. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2009-029 amending the schedule of fees for Plan <br />Review and Inspections; establishing different categories for <br />special events; amending the penalty for violation or failing to <br />obtain a permit; and providing an effective date. <br />ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES <br />E.S.D.
