11. Applicant agrees as a condition to any planned water <br />activities that Applicant will provide qualified life guard staff - <br />.:ng of the lakes within the park. Applicant agrees to provide <br />number of qualified life guards on a full time basis <br />during the activity._ <br />12. Temporary signs as authorized by the Park Supervisor <br />may be posted on the site prior to the activity. All signs must <br />be previously approved as to size, content, and location by the <br />Park Supervisor and removed no later than the final clean up. <br />13. Applicant agrees that the designated area within <br />the park shall•be used during the fallowing time periods: <br />14. As a condition to the issuance of the permit, <br />Applicant shall provide County with proof of liability insurance <br />coverage naming County as a co-insured in an amount not less <br />than $1,000,000.00. The insurance shall specifically cover the <br />type of activity planned by Applicant and insure County from all <br />liability that may result from County's permitting park property <br />to be used for the activity. The Applicant further agrees to <br />indemnify and hold harmless County from any liability that may <br />occur from Applicant's use of the County park property and agrees <br />to pay County's court costs and attorneys fees, including appeals, <br />in the event a claim is made against the County, whether or not <br />the claim results in litigation. <br />15. Prior to the issuance of permit, Applicant shall post <br />a cash bond in the amount of $ to insure <br />compliance with the permit and this Agreement. Subsequent to the <br />activity the Park Supervisor will inspect the area used by the <br />activity within the park accompanied by a representative of the <br />permit holder, for the purposes of insuring compliance with this <br />- 4 - <br />BOOK 41 PAGE 190' <br />
