3. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the new church building, the <br />applicant shall: <br />a. Construct the required 12th Street sidewalk as depicted on the site plan. <br />b. Install all perimeter buffers and opaque features, including the intruder - <br />resistant landscaping along the west 330' of the project's north boundary. <br />c. Sell 30' of right-of-way to the County for 12th Street as depicted on the site <br />plan. <br />4. She then presented staff's <br />recommendation for the Board to open the TEFRA public hearing to consider and approve the <br />issuance of the Bonds by Palm Beach County and the financing of the project; to approve the <br />Resolution in the form presented; and to approve the Interlocal Agreement between the County <br />and Palm Beach County, and authorize the Chairman to execute same. <br />11 <br />March 18, 2008 <br />
