Commissioner O'Bryan brought this up for information purposes so the Board <br />would be aware of the time constraint, and felt that the 9.1 acres was worth fighting over. He <br />also felt the bigger picture was that the over 1,254 remaining acres would be held in <br />conservation. <br />Attorney Glenn responded to further questions from the Board regarding uses of <br />District owned property, what interest the County would retain in the subject property, and <br />whether there would be a management plan, which the District would be responsible for <br />implementing. <br />No Board action required or taken. <br />13.E.
