The <br />traffic noise was his concern. <br />Roger Butler, 1236 33rd Avenue SW, Grovenor Estates, was concerned with the <br />increase in traffic and felt the residents of Grovenor Estates needs to be considered in this issue. <br />Clay Connell, 1298 40th Court SW, Shady Oaks, was concerned if they take away the <br />developer's rights to have gates at both ends, he may drop back to his previous proposal. <br />Traffic Engineer Chris Mora responded to the Commissioners' questions regarding the <br />distribution of trips on local roads, and the cost of the road to the developer for a road that he will <br />not be using. Mr. Brackett was voluntarily not using the road, but staff felt he still had the <br />obligation to cover the cost.
