S. "TOMMY" THOMAS TO STUART ON JULY 30TH TO ATTEND A CETA MEETING, <br />DEAN F. LUETHJE, OF CARTER ASSOCIATES, INC., APPROACHED THE <br />BOARD REQUESTING FINAL APPROVAL OF WESTLAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, OWNED <br />BY WILMOTH & BERGAMINO. HE PRESENTED THE BOARD WITH THE FINAL PLAT <br />AND STATED THAT ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS ALSO INSPECTED THE PROPERTY AND <br />FELT IT WAS READY NOW FOR FINAL APPROVAL. <br />DISCUSSION ENSUED REGARDING DEED RESTRICTIONS. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED A NOTE BE PLACED ON THE ORIGINAL <br />PLAT THAT THERE ARE DEED RESTRICTIONS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL OF WESTLAKE ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED OUT -OF -COUNTY TRAVEL FOR LEE NUZIE <br />TO WILDWOOD TO DISCUSS BUDGETS, AUGUST 16 AND 17, 1979 AND OUT -OF -COUNTY <br />TRAVEL TO LAKE WORTH ON AUGUST 15, 1979 TO WORKSHOP ON DISASTER PLANNING <br />& RESPONSE. <br />
