_I <br />AUG <br />81979 <br />Boor <br />41 <br />PA -F336 <br />COUNCIL shall refund by check payable to <br />the <br />COUNTY <br />the amount of such reduction of payments. All <br />required records shall be maintained until an audit <br />is completed and all questions arising therefrom are <br />resolved, or three (3) years after completion of the <br />project and submission of a final "Financial Status <br />Report", whichever is sooner. The records shall be <br />maintained in a manner that will permit determination <br />that the COUNTY has complied with the matching share <br />requirements. <br />14. DOCUMENTS AND NON -EXPENDABLE EQUIPMENT: <br />A. Ownership of Documents. <br />All reports produced and other data gathered by the <br />COUNCIL for the purpose of this contract shall become <br />the mutual property of the Office of Coastal Zone <br />Management, the COUNTY, and the COUNCIL without <br />restriction or limitation upon their use and shall <br />be made available by the COUNCIL at any time <br />upon request of the COUNTY. <br />B. Copyrights. <br />No reports, maps or other documents produced in <br />whole or in part under this AGREEMENT shall be the <br />subject of an application for copyright on behalf of <br />the COUNCIL. <br />C. Non -Expendable Equipment and Personal Property. <br />Purchase of non -expendable equipment or personal <br />property costing over FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) is not <br />authorized. <br />D. Documentation. <br />The cover or title page of all reports, studies or <br />other documents resulting from contracts supported in <br />whole or in part by this grant shall acknowledge the <br />financial assistance provided by the State, COUNTY and <br />by the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, <br />administered by the Office of Coastal Zone Management, <br />National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. <br />-7- <br />
