COLLINS - 6710 34TH TERRACE - (4) <br />ERNESTINE WEBB WILLIAMS - 4235 29TH AVENUE <br />Building Official Wayne Russ reviewed his memo and the steps taken by his <br />department concerning condemnation of these four properties in compliance with the law. <br />Chairman Ginn explained that Ernestine Williams was present to seek additional time <br />as her brother had surgery and had subsequently died. She had cared for him and the money she <br />would have used toward the property had been used for his burial. Chairman Ginn advocated <br />another extension be granted Ms. Williams. <br />ON MOTION BY Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously granted <br />another 90 -day extension on the house located at 4235 291h <br />Avenue. (Ernestine Webb Williams) <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger had learned that the house located at 6710 341h Terrace <br />(O. B.
