<br />Joseph Paladin <br />, Atlantic Coast Construction, addressed the Board in support of <br />this item. <br />Chuck Mechling <br />, 1999 Pointe West Drive, addressed the Board in support of this <br />item. <br />Jerry Swanson <br />, 3001 Ocean Drive, addressed the Board in support of this item. <br />th <br />Charles Block, <br /> 5195 St. Phillips Island Lane, and a property owner on 65 Street, <br />addressed the Board in support of this item. <br />Bob Johnson, <br /> Coral Wind Subdivision, questioned the water supply for this <br />project. Director Boling responded that Utility Services was part of the Technical Review process <br />and they had no concerns. <br />Mr. Schulke <br /> requested an amendment to 3.C. regarding the two-story house <br />setbacks as defined in the memorandum. He wanted to design a “wedding cake effect” and <br />presented a sketch of his design. <br /> <br />There being no additional speakers the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Ordinance 2005-009 amending <br />the zoning ordinance and the accompanying zoning <br />map from PD, recreational/commercial, to PD, <br />residential, and approved the conceptual plan for <br />approximately 160.90 acres of land generally located <br />th <br />on the south side 65 Street, just west of the FEC <br />th <br />railroad at 3745 65 Street providing for an effective <br />date and including conditions listed on page 262 of the <br />backup with modification to 3.C. on two story house <br />setbacks. <br />March 29, 2005 23 <br /> <br />
