<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, has tentatively ap-
<br />proved the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order'
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:

<br />i All of the South one-half of Government Lot
<br />11, lying West of the West right-of-way of State
<br />Road AIA, Section 10, Township 31 South,
<br />Range 39 East, LESS AND EXCEPT the South
<br />166.57 feet thereof. Said land lying and being in
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-
<br />lA single family District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission in the
<br />County Commission Room, •Indian River
<br />County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on
<br />Thursday, July 12, 1979, at 7:30 P.M., after
<br />which said public hearing in relation thereto at
<br />which parties in interest and citizens shall
<br />have an opportunity to be heard will be held by
<br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in the County Com-
<br />mission Room, Indian River County Cour-
<br />thouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
<br />August 22,1979, at 2:00 P.M.
