AUG 2 21979 <br />-RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />112 <br />This Release of Easement, executed this 5 day of July <br />moK 41 FAPF 439 <br />by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, first party to B. F. <br />, 1979, <br />CHAMBERLAIN REAL ESTATE COMPANY, a Michigan Corporation, second party, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the <br />sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand <br />paid by the said second party, does hereby remise, release, abandon and <br />quit claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, <br />claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following <br />described easements, lying on land situated in the County of Indian River, <br />State of Florida, to -wit: <br />The east five (5) feet of Lot 2 excepting therefrom that <br />part of the easement lying within the right of way for <br />State Road 60; the east five (5) feet of Lot 3; the east <br />five (5) feet of Lot 4; the west five (5) feet of Lot 23; <br />the west five (5) feet of Lot 24; the west five (5) feet of <br />Lot 25 excepting.therefrom that part of the easement lying <br />within the right of way for State Road 60, Block J, PARADISE <br />PARK UNIT 2, recorded in Plat Book 3, page 77, Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with all and singular the appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the estate, right, <br />title interest, equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party either <br />in law or equity to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said <br />second party forever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first party has signed and sealed these <br />presents by the parties so authorized by law the day and year first above written. <br />Sioned, sealed and delivered <br />in the presences of: <br />BOARD OF CIU;,TY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA f% <br />BY <br />William C.
