TURNER APPROACHED THE BOARD TO REQUEST <br />RELEASE OF SIDE LOT EASEMENTS IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN SUBDIVISION. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMIS- <br />SIONER Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION No. 79-76 <br />APPROVING RELEASE OF SIDE LOT EASEMENTS BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 4, <br />BLOCK D: GARDEN OF EDEN SUBDIVISION, AS REQUESTED BY MRS. ESSIE <br />M. TURNER, AND AUTHORIZED THE SIGNATURE OF THE CHAIRMAN; THESE <br />DOCUMENTS TO BE PREPARED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE APPLICANT. <br />Resolution No. 79-76 <br />Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, has been requested to release the South <br />5 feet of lot 3 and North 5 feet of lot 4 Block D. Garden <br />of Eden Sub -Division according to the plot thereof filed in <br />the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River <br />County, Florida, in plot Book 3, page 91 and <br />Whereas, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved by the Board of County Comm- <br />issioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the follow- <br />ing South.5 feet of. lot 3 and North 5 feet of lot 4 Block D. <br />Garden of Eden shall be release. <br />Be it further Resolved that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, <br />and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a re- <br />lease of said lots easements herein above referred to in <br />form proper for recording and placing in the public records <br />of Indian River County, Florida <br />This 5th day of September 1979. <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Indian River County, Flor'. a <br />By William C.
