April 1, 2003 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 1, 2003 at <br />10:17 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Caroline D. Ginn, Vice Chairman; and <br />Commissioners Thomas S. Lowther and Arthur R. Neuberger. Commissioner Fran B. Adams <br />was absent on personal business. Also present were James Chandler, County Administrator; <br />William G. Collins II, County Attorney; and Patricia "PJ" Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -FEBRUARY 18, 2003 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of February 18, 2003. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Neuberger, the Board, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Adams absent) <br />unanimously approved the Minutes of the Meeting of February 18, 2003, <br />as written. <br />14.C.2.
