Veda Seibert, <br />7610 129th Street, explained the drainage problem exists at the <br />corner of her property. She expressed concern of a possible lawsuit if a child or someone gets hurt <br />in this ditch. Mr. Kirrie runs his pump at night and she understands that this is illegal. She has <br />made the Sheriff’s department aware of this situation. She described Mr. Kirrie’s unreasonable <br />attitude and asked the Board for their help. Commissioner Wheeler thought Ms. Seibert should <br />contact a lawyer. However, Assistant County Attorney DeBraal believed that might be in <br />violation of the St. John’s River Water Management District (SJRWMD) <br />Discussion continued and Director Davis explained there is no legal issue because <br />the pump is in the City of Sebastian, however, it pumps to the mouth of county property.
