Upon Commissioner Lowther’s question, Planning Director Stan Boling stated the <br />only replat requirements not completed are subdivision improvements (roadway stubouts) that will <br />be completed in Phase II. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowden, the Board unanimously granted <br />final plat approval for the Replat of Eagle Trace Phase I and <br />authorized the Chairman to sign the Contract for <br />Construction of Required Improvements and approved the <br />Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement, as recommended in <br />the memorandum of April 4, 2005. <br /> <br />7.D.
