<br /> <br /> <br /> April 13, 2004 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br /> The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met in Regular <br />th <br />Session at the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />April 13, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. Present were Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman; Arthur R. Neuberger, Vice <br />Chairman; and Commissioners Thomas S. Lowther and Kenneth R. Macht. Commissioner Fran B. <br />Adams was absent. Also present were Joseph Baird, County Administrator; William G. Collins II, <br />County Attorney; and Patricia “PJ” Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Ginn called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />2. INVOCATION <br /> Father Coyle of Trinity Episcopal Church delivered the Invocation. <br /> <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Chairman Ginn led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />4.
