<br /> April 13, 2004 <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />th <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at <br />10:46 a.m. Present were Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman; Arthur R. Neuberger, Vice Chairman; <br />and Commissioners Thomas S. Lowther and Kenneth R. Macht. Commissioner Fran B. Adams <br />was absent. Also present were Joseph Baird, County Administrator; William G. Collins II, <br />County Attorney; and Patricia “PJ” Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />14.A.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – MARCH 16, 2004 <br /> The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of March 16, 2004. There were none. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Meeting of March 16, 2004, as written. <br /> <br />14.A.2.
