Commissioner O'Bryan thanked Judy Orcutt (Indian River County Sustainability <br />Committee), Amy Thoma (Florida Green Building Coalition), staff, and all the individuals <br />responsible for bringing our County to the "Gold" level. He stressed how the certification makes <br />our County a leader, how it will help economic development, bring in more businesses, and that it <br />makes for a sustainable County.
