<br />10. <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR MATTERS <br /> <br /> <br /> None <br /> 10.A Mr. Baird requested Mr. Stan Boling provide a summary of a recent <br />meeting with City of Fellsmere representatives on annexation issues. Mr. <br /> <br />Boling reported the members of the meeting were Mayor Sara Savage, City <br /> <br />Manager Jason Nunemaker, Attorney Warren Dill and Planning <br /> <br />Consultant Rochelle Lawandales from the City of Fellsmere and <br /> <br />Chairman Gary Wheeler, County Administrator Joseph Baird, Assistant <br />County Administrator Michael Zito, County Attorney Will Collins, and <br /> <br />Planning Director Stan Boling from IRC. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Fellsmere representatives indicated a willingness to negotiate an interlocal <br /> <br />agreement on potential annexation lands if the charter government <br /> <br />initiative ceases. It was agreed a joint workshop of the Fellsmere City <br /> <br />Council and the Board of County Commissioners should be held to discuss <br /> <br />annexation issues.
