SEP 2 71979 BOOK 41 PA.,E 600 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-87 A <br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, has held a public hearing on September 27, 1979, <br />for the purpose of adopting a budget for the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />HEALTH DEPARTMENT operated by the State Board of Health for the <br />fiscal year 1979-80; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board did adopt the Budget for the INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT for the fiscal year 1979-80 by Resolution <br />No. 79-87; and <br />WHEREAS, due to typographical error the Total Budget was <br />stated as being "$147,000.00", when in fact it should have been <br />"$140,000.001'; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. <br />79-87 is hereby amended to include the following budget for the <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT Operated by the State Board <br />of Health: <br />1. ESTIMATED RECEIPTS $147,369.00 <br />Less: 5% Reserve Income 7,369.00 <br />TOTAL BUDGET $140,000.00 <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 27th <br />day of September , 1979. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By �/ <br />William C.
