SEP 2 71979 <br />t mf 596 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-85 <br />LAURELWOOD STREET -LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />RESOLUTION FOR 1979-1980 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the Laurelwood Street Lighting <br />District, has held a public hearing on September 27, 1979 <br />for the purpose of adopting a budget for the District for <br />the fiscal year 1979-8'0; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser has provided evaluations <br />of the non-exempt property in said District; and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing was noticed by publication and the <br />needs of the District discussed in open_.forum; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />following budget is hereby adopted for the LAURELWOOD STREET <br />LIGHTING DISTRICT for 1979-80: <br />1.
