<br /> <br />8. CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT - JEFFERY K. BARTON– <br />EXTENSION OF BUDGET DEADLINE <br /> <br />County Attorney William G. Collins II explained it was his understanding the <br />Clerks’ forms have been changed by the Department of Revenue (DOR) due to Article V, and the <br />DOR has yet to furnish these forms to the Clerks’ Furthermore Mr. Collins reported that Clerk of <br />the Court Jeffery K. Barton requested a Resolution from the Board extending his budget deadline. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the extension of the Clerk’s budget. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously <br />approved a one-time extension of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court’s budget deadline until the proper forms from the <br />DOR have been furnished and completed by the Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />9.A.1.
