<br /> <br />Ms. House <br />explained that a change in ownership caused problems with the Centers <br />reputation and it has taken about four years to rebuild that reputation. <br /> <br />Having looked at the Center’s financials County Administrator Baird determined <br />the Center is a stable organization. <br /> <br />Commissioner Davis WITHDREW his SECOND because <br />he would like to know what a fair lease would be for the <br />Center and give staff the chance to come up with a fair <br />market lease. <br /> <br />The MOTION DIED for lack of a SECOND. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowden the Board approved staffs <br />recommendations to renegotiate the existing lease, or sell <br />the subject property to Sunshine at a price to be fixed by the <br />Board, in accordance with the requirements of Florida <br />Statutes Section 125.38, and bring back to the Board at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />nd <br />John Averal <br />, 41-year resident of Vero Beach, attributed his 82 birthday to the fact <br />he was able to go to the Sunshine Physical Rehabilitation Center and participate in their exercise <br />program. <br /> <br />County Administrator Joseph A.
