<br /> IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />Community Development Director Bob Keating reviewed the memorandum using <br />a PowerPoint presentation (on file with the backup in the Office of the Clerk to the Board). He <br />specified the location of the parcel and described the surrounding properties. There would be no <br />adverse environmental impacts and the proposed change would be compatible with the <br />surrounding area. In conclusion, he stated that staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission had <br />recommended approval of this rezoning. <br />There were no questions or comments. <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />with regard to this matter. There were none and the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance No. 2004-013 amending the Zoning Ordinance <br />and the accompanying Zoning Map for approximately 10 <br />thth <br />acres located on northeast corner of 58 Avenue and 9 <br />Street SW (Oslo Road), from A-1, Agricultural District (up <br />to 1 unit/5 acres) to RS-1, Single-Family Residential <br />District (up to 1 unit/acre), and providing codification, <br />severability, and effective date. <br /> <br />9.B.1.
