OCT 10 1979 <br />BOOK 41 FACE 0 <br />RESOLUTION N0, 79-99 <br />WHEREAS, there is drainage and utility easement on each side <br />of the lot lines of Oslo Park, Block B. as filed in Plat Book 3,, <br />Page 96, Indian River County, Florida,.records, and <br />WHEREAS, Henry E'6-Losey and Linda E. Losey, his wi.fe,is the <br />owners of lots 8 and 9, Block B. Oslo Park, P1 -,t Book 3,. Page 96,, <br />Indian River County, Florida, <br />WHEREAS, said property is in site plan approval for erection <br />of a building on said lots, which said building will lie over side <br />lot line easement on south side of lot 9, Block B and the north <br />easem-nt of lot 8, of Block B. Oslo Park; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, as follows: <br />1. The Board does hereby release the 2.5 foot side lot line easement <br />over the South 2.5 feet of lot 9, Block B and the North 2.5 feet of Lots 8 <br />Block B of said Oslo Park, but it is specifically understood that <br />the side Lot line easement on the North side lot_ line of Lot 9 and the <br />South easement on the lot line of Lot 8 will remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />2.
