The Board of County Commissioners does herewith <br />1 renounce and disclaim any right of the county and the public in <br />1! <br />j; and to the streets described as follows: <br />(' That part of Oleander Avenue, as shown on the plat <br />!; of WEONA PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book <br />2, page 17, Indian River County public records, <br />+� lying between Poinsettia Boulevard on the North <br />�I and Orange Street on the South, together with that <br />�! part of Orange Street lying between U. S. Highway <br />E No. I and State Road 510, excepting only for 10 feet, <br />measured 5 feet on either side of the centerline of <br />I� Oleander Avenue for location of utilities. <br />and does herewith vacate, abandon, discontinue and close all of <br />�1 <br />the same. <br />4. Notice of the adoption of this resolution shall be <br />published one time within thirty days following its adoption in <br />i;one issue of the newspaper of general circulation published in <br />the county.
