rebuilt under the grandfathering provision, and Director Keating replied affirmatively, noting <br />that if a structure is destroyed by a storm or disaster and a national disaster is declared, it can be <br />rebuilt; and there was no timeframe limitation on that. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan clarified with Ms. Wakefield the timeline when electric power <br />was lost due to hurricane Wilma on October 25, 2005, and seven months later, on May 15, 2006, <br />was when the Mobile Crisis Team moved into the administration building. Ms. Wakefield <br />responded affirmatively, and pointed out that it was in April, however, that they noticed there <br />was no electric power to the site, and power was restored on April 18. She responded to further <br />questioning from Commissioner O'Bryan regarding electric payments, the date of closing, and <br />what had happened to the May and June electric payments. <br />Commissioner Flescher requested that the overhead projection of the site be brought <br />back. Ms. Wakefield, upon request, pointed out the damaged structureibuilding in question. <br />ATTORNEY 01HAIRE CROSS-EXAMINED MS. WAKEFIELD <br />Ms. Wakefield, in response to questions regarding her employment with New Horizons, <br />said she was never employed by Alcohope. She gave a history of ownership of Alcohope, Inc., <br />which she said was formed in the year 2000; New Horizons had administrative responsibility for <br />Alcohope until it transferred to its new location at Hanley Hall in April 2005; and Alcohope's <br />personnel were paid by New Horizons. To the question of who was running Alcohope, she said <br />Alcohope's staff and Executive Director were staff members of New Horizon, and New <br />Horizons was running Alcohope until the time they moved in 2005. <br />Ms. Wakefield answered further questions regarding use of the facility after Hurricane <br />Jeanne.
