market because he was attempting to find somebody to provide services to indigent clients once <br />Alcohope moved to its new location. <br />Attorney O'Haire, in the absence of Mr. Quam for questioning, moved that the Board <br />strike any testimony of Ms. Wakefield about what Mr. Quam might have had to say because he <br />was not present for questioning. <br />Attorney Henderson suggested to the Board that the value of this documentary <br />evidence, they could judge for themselves as to whether to give it credibility or not; and further, <br />that a Motion to strike at a hearing like this was not appropriate. He contended that the <br />documents (Jones & Jones - Exhibit 4) are relevant in the sense that it shows in monetary terms <br />the extent of the damage that existed on this property. <br />Attorney O'Haire continued his questioning of Ms. Wakefield regarding repairs to the <br />administration building at the time of purchase of the facility. She said the repairs were made <br />from the period of February 2006 to April 14, 2006, without water and without power. <br />The Chairman called a break at 2:06 p.m., and reconvened the Hearing at 2:21 p.m., <br />with all members present. <br />ATTORNEYHENDERsoN CALLED PASTOR CRAIG BRIDGERs <br />Craig Bridgers, 6109 Sunset Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Senior Pastor of The Crossing <br />Community Church, at the request of Attorney Henderson, shared with the Board how his <br />interest was perked in this property and what took place during late 2005 to early 2006. Mr. <br />Bridgers explained his purpose for the property purchase, and how he became aware of the <br />subject property. He recounted how his initial contact was with Hanley Hall, which referred him <br />to Realtor, Mr. Lowe, who told him of New Horizon.
