Nancy Gollnick <br />, President of the Exchange Club of Indian River County, thanked <br />Heather Graal, Director of Exchange Club Castle, as well as Club members for their support. CAP <br />Ribbons to promote awareness were presented to the Commissioners. <br /> <br />th <br />Heather Graal <br /> informed the Board that Club Castle was in its 25 year of Child Abuse <br />Prevention, and invited everyone to the ribbon cutting ceremony on April 12, 2006. She also had <br />CAP bracelets for each Commissioner. <br /> <br />Rob Hill <br />, Director of Development Research, Hibiscus Children Center, thanked <br />Commissioners and the community for all its support. <br /> <br />C. PSCKIR <br />RESENTATION OF WEEP HALLENGE BY EEP NDIAN IVER <br />B,I. <br />EAUTIFUL NC <br /> <br />Sherry Hamlin <br />, Executive Director of Keep Indian River Beautiful (KIRB), gave <br />recognition to and thanked all the major sponsors (SouthStar Development Partners, Brackett & <br />Company, Pointe West) for their support. She read the 2006 Inaugural KIRB Sweeps Challenge <br />which is “to see who can generate the most support in recruiting volunteers to help clean up our <br />community, and whose team can collect the most litter during the Challenge.” The event will be on <br />May 6, 2006 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. followed by lunch for all participants. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Swift <br /> thanked Ms. Hamlin for all the work she did on the project. <br /> <br />D.
