RELEASE OF UNITY OF TITLE <br />The BOARD OF COUNTY C=-IISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, for good and valuable consideration, does hereby release <br />the following described property from that certain Unity of <br />Title dated May 25, 1967 from C. W. ITAVEN,.recorded in Official <br />Record Book 256, page 135, Indian River County Public Records: <br />The East 5 acres of the East 10 acres of the West <br />20 acres of Tract 3, less canal, in Section 30, <br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the <br />last general plat of Indian River Farms Company <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. Said land now <br />lying and being in Indian River.
